Governance
How the federation is constituted, who is accountable, and the rules the sport is run under.
Structure
Constituted, registered, accountable
The Philippine Padel Association is a non-stock, non-profit association registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines. It operates under a constitution and by-laws, is directed by a board, and is accountable to its membership at a general assembly.
Publishing this openly is deliberate. A federation asking to be recognised as the authority for a sport should be readable by anyone who wants to check.
